The Beginning

I guess "Hello" is always a good place to start.

Hello, Professor Heagney.

After a customary greeting, people usually continue with a little bit about themselves, so I suppose I shall follow suit.

My name is Becky "The Boss" Irons. (No one really calls me that; I just figured I would try it on for size.  I'm not sure it fits.)  I am an English major with double minors in marketing and music performance with a concentration in flute studies.  

The Middle

"Well, Boss, how did you end up in my class?"

Good question, Professor Heagney!  I'm applying for jobs in copywriting and marketing capacities and many companies require familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.  Knowing nothing of editing software, I was sent your way by some friends who have taken your class. *Name drop "Ryan Long, Mike Smith, & Brian Anderson" here*

1. I love useless information and Fun Facts.
2. I can play the flute and hula-hoop at the same time.
3. I’m a member of HPU’s very own comedy improv troupe, Charcoal Pony, where I am the least funny of twelve members.
4. My real nickname is “Weakest Link”.  Unfortunately. (See Fun Fact #3.)
